Trade Show Information

Venue: Rawson Hall, Taylors Road, Norfolk Island

Date: Sunday 1 August 2021

Hours: 9.00am to 4.00pm. Please ensure your exhibit is staffed during these hours.

Catering: Food and drink stalls will be on site

Registration Bags: AFFHO Congress registered attendees can collect their registration bag from the Norfolk Island Museum table located at the entry of the Trade Show

Entry: Public entry to the Trade Show is free. AFFHO Congress attendees and island residents will be encouraged to attend.

Exhibitor Requirements

Set up:  Access to the hall will be available to you to on Saturday 31 July 2021 between 5.00pm and 7.00pm, or Sunday morning 7.00am to 8.30am.  Exhibits must be ready for trade by 8.30am Sunday morning.

Pack up: Please pack up your exhibit on Sunday 1 August 2021 between 4.00pm and 5.00pm. All exhibit belongings must be removed from the venue during this time.

Payment: Exhibitor stalls are limited, so you will be required to pay for your stall to confirm your space.  In our confirmation email, we will advise payment options.

Stall Location: Stalls will be arranged to accommodate requirements. A stall location map will be provided to all exhibitors once finalised.

Internet: Internet will be available to purchase
