We hope that any questions you have about Congress 2021 will be answered here.  Of course, we probably won’t have an answer to every (relevant) question, so if that applies now, please ask on the Contact Form, and we will do our best to provide the answer, and will update this page as well.

What does the Congress payment cover?  There are two levels of registration.

  • A full registration allows for Congress attendance for 3 days, Lunch and morning tea each Congress day, our Welcome Bag, an Electronic copy of Congress papers, as well as the Congress Dinner with entertainment and transfers, and entry to the Trade Show.
  • Social registration is for partners/friends travelling with a Congress attendee, who do not want to attend the Congress. It includes attendance at the Conference dinner with entertainment and transfers, and entry to Trade Show.

How do I pay?  Everyone interested in attending the Congress must register on the website.

Payment should be received within 7 days of registration.

How do I get to Norfolk Island?  The best way is to contact the Norfolk Island Travel Centre. They have advance reservations on accommodation and flight options, and are likely to offer the best available prices. If you prefer, you can book with any Travel Agent. The ‘Travel Packages’ menu item above has more information.
PS. You can’t drive there from Australia, and it is a bit too far to swim. You do not need a passport if travelling from Australia, but you will need one from New Zealand and the rest of the World.

Is it safe to travel to Norfolk Island with Covid-19 still a significant risk to my health?  Anyone who has travelled to, or lived in a COVID-19 Hotspot area  during the period 14 days prior to travel, are not permitted to travel to Norfolk Island. Anyone who is unwell with respiratory symptoms should not travel to Norfolk Island.  All local businesses are required to operate under COVIDSafe Plans.  Norfolk Island has remained COVID-19 free and intends to remain that way, so are reliant on visitors to be honest and take responsibility for each other’s safety.

Can my dietary needs be catered for?  Yes. There is a question in the Registration Form for you to tell us your needs. We will then contact you if we need more information.

I do not have access to a computer or the internet? We recognise that some people do not have easy access to the internet, and may not be able to book from this website. Anyone who needs assistance can contact the Norfolk Island  Travel Centre by phone or post to arrange to attend the Congress.
